2:28. ইস্রায়েলের সমস্ত পরিবারগোষ্ঠীর ভেতর থেকে আমার যাজকসমূহ হবার জন্য আমি তোমার পরিবারকে নির্বাচিত করেছিলাম| আমার বেদীতে বলি উত্সর্গ দেবার জন্য তোমাদের মনোনীত করেছিলাম| তারাই ধূপ জ্বালাবে, তারাই পরবে এফোদ| আমি এই জন্যই তাদের নির্বাচন করেছিলাম| আমিই তোমাদের পরিবারগোষ্ঠীকে অধিকার দিয়েছি যেন তারাই ইস্রায়েলীয়দের দেওয়া বলির মাংস পায়|

2:28. I chose your ancestor from all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to offer sacrifice on my altar, to burn incense, and to bear the ephod before me. I gave to your ancestor's house all the fire offerings made by the Israelites.
